Hi Leslie,

Thank you very much for your eBook, I read it last night and think it's excellent!

In the book it mentions that there's a companion book 'Dynamic Linking Vol 2' - I'd be extremely interested in reading it, but couldn't find it anywhere! Is it still available?

Thanks again!

Leslie,

I am considering building some intelligence in a JavaScript algorithm, based on the jQuery library. The idea is passing a simple "token" to a function that determines the dynamic link structure... i.e. (home push, cat push, prod push, etc.)

However, it would be much easier to do this with server side scripting (php), and use JavaScript for some "fine tuning," rather than foundation...

Any thoughts on this approach? Thanks!
